Ingredients:
1/2 Pound(s) mushroom
1 chopped onion, white
2 Tablespoon(s) butter
6 Clove(s) chopped garlic
2 Pound(s) beef, ground
2 chopped scallions
4 Tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoon(s) chili jam
2 Cup(s) sour cream

Optional Ingredients:
4 Tablespoon(s) beef stock Add to shopping list

Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet. Break mushrooms into the butter. Add the onion and garlic when the mushrooms caramelize. Season with salt. Cook about 3 minutes.

Remove from pan and set aside.

Add the beef and some oil to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and scallions.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and sambal.

Add beef stock or water to keep the meat from drying.

Add half a pound of butter to another skillet and melt. Add cooked egg noodles and warm them, coating with butter.

Add mushroom and onion back to the meat.
Add sour cream to meat. Add scallions, salt and pepper to taste.

Put the noodles in a serving dish, add the meat. Garnish with sour cream and scallions, and sambal.
