Difficulty: Easy
Preparation Time: 10-30 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) tomatillo
1 Teaspoon(s) oil, vegetable
1 chopped onion, white
1/2 Cup(s) cilantro
3/10 Cup(s) vegetable broth
1/4 Cup(s) cream, heavy
2 Clove(s) minced garlic
1 Tablespoon(s) lime juice
1 Teaspoon(s) sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
Peel, wash, and halve the tomatillos and drizzle with oil in a bowl and toss to coat.

Place face down on a baking sheet covered in foil. Broil on top rack until starting to brown, about 5 to 10 minutes. You may need to rotate the pan halfway through for even browning. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Add all the ingredients to the blender and process for about 2 minutes.
