Ingredients:
1 (or 4 sml clementines/2lg tanger orange
1 1/2 Inch(s) peeled & thinly sliced ginger root
1 Teaspoon(s) juice of # lime(s)
1/2 Cup(s) no sugar added peanut butter
1 Teaspoon(s) unseasoned vinegar, rice
2 Tablespoon(s)
1 Tablespoon(s) soy sauce, naturally fermented
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Sea salt
1 Dash(s) or to taste (.25-.5 tsp) cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Peel, seed, cut into 1-inch pieces your orange (or clementines or tangerine)

2. Place all ingredients into a wide mouth mason jar (or Vitamix). Blend with an immersion blender until the orange is fully blended and the sauce is thick and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. Allow flavors to develop for one hour or more in the refrigerator. Dressing will keep for about 1 week.
