Ingredients:
1 Can(s) salmon, canned
1 onion, yellow
2 Slice(s) cubed bread, wheat
2 beaten egg
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine drained salmon, diced onion, egg, and bread cubes. Form in to hamburger-sized patties, and fry in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Cook both sides until browned.

Best served with fried, sliced potatos.
