Ingredients:
12 Ounce(s) outer leaves removed brussel sprouts
1 chopped (or apple) pear
33/100 Cup(s) cranberries, dried
33/100 Cup(s) crumbled cheese, feta
1/4 Cup(s) chopped, toasted 350x5 min pecans
1/4 Cup(s) oil, olive
2 Tablespoon(s) vinegar, balsamic
1 Tablespoon(s) syrup, maple
2 Teaspoon(s) mustard, dijon
1 Dash(s) and pepper Sea salt
Directions:
Cut brussel sprouts into strips. Cut in half, lay flat side down and thinly slice

Place brussel sprouts in a large bowl, along with chopped pear, onions, cranberries, cheese and pecans.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and mustard, and season with salt and pepper.


Pour dressing over the salad and toss together until everything is evenly coated.
