6 Tablespoon(s) oil, olive
2 Tablespoon(s) harissa
5 Clove(s) minced garlic
3 juiced, divided juice of # lemon(s)
1/4 Cup(s) chopped mint
1 Teaspoon(s) Sea salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 Can(s) drained and rinsed beans, garbanzo
1/4 Cup(s) tahini
In a mixer, combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, harissa, 4 cloves of minced garlic, juice of 1 lemon, mint, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Pour over chicken, cover, and refrigerate from 20 minutes to a few hours.
In a food processor or blender, make hummus: Add remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil (or more), tahini, salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic, and juice of 1 lemon. Add cilantro if you wish. Mix until smooth.
Serve with pita and a green salad.
