Ingredients:
4 Tablespoon(s) oil, olive
1 Tablespoon(s) oil, sesame
2 Tablespoon(s) vinegar, rice
1 Teaspoon(s) soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) minced ginger
4 Clove(s) minced garlic
1 zest and juice of small orange
1 Dash(s) to taste Sea salt
1 Dash(s) to taste freshly ground black pepper
6 6 oz. salmon steak
Directions:
Prepare marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together first 8 ingredients (olive oil through salt and pepper).

Place fish in a large baking dish. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade, then pour remainder over fish. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Heat grill (direct high). Remove salmon from marinade; grill for 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
