1 cup persimmons -- mashed
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins

Mash persimmons with bakins soda and set aside.

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla, then mix with persimmons.

Combine all ingredients together.

Bake at 350 in a lightly greased, COVERED casserole for 1 hour.
