Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon(s) grainy or smooth mustard, dijon
2 Tablespoon(s) plus 1 tsp. raw vinegar, balsamic
1/2 Cup(s) Mary's oil blend
2 Teaspoon(s) flax seed oil (expeller pressed)
Directions:
Dip a fork into a jar of mustard and transfer about 1 tsp to a small bowl. Add vinegar and mix. Add oil while stirring, until it's well emulsified. Add flax oil and use immediately or store in refrigerator.
