Ingredients:
1 Can(s) coconut milk, thick
3 Cup(s) fish stock
1 Pound(s) any kind, cut in 1/2-inch pieces fresh fish
3/4 Pound(s) or crab meat baby shrimp
1 1-inch peeled and chopped ginger root
1 Tablespoon(s) fish sauce
2 seeded & cut into fine strips green chili
1/2 Teaspoon(s) red curry paste
1 Teaspoon(s) sucanat
2 or lemons juice of # lime(s)
1 Tablespoon(s) chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook until seafood is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
