Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) oil, olive
2 Cup(s) chopped onion, yellow
2 Clove(s) pressed garlic clove
1 Tablespoon(s) chili powder
1 Teaspoon(s) ground oregano
1 Teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1/2 Teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 Teaspoon(s) hot sauce
4 Ounce(s) diced pepper, green bell
28 Ounce(s) peeled, whole tomato
1 Pinch(s) salt
1 Pinch(s) freshly ground black pepper
2 Pound(s) beef, ground
Directions:
Argentina-Style Crock Pot Chili
Serves 6

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano, ground
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 (4 ounce) can diced green peppers
1 (28 ounce) can peeled whole tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups cooked ground beef, fat drained

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onions and garlic and cook until limp. Transfer onions and garlic to a crock pot and add chili powder, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, red peppers, hot pepper sauce, green peppers, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked ground beef and cook on low 7 hours.
